Jerry Lee Brotherton Sr.

Age 85 of LaFollette TN passed away on Friday November 14,2025. He attended Fincastle Church.

A devoted man that walked with God and a extremely dedicated family man. Jerry lived his life with deep faith, humility, laughter and love. His belief in God guided every step he took, and his greatest joy came from the family he loved and cherished. He had a God blessed marriage of 67 beautiful years.

Jerry touched countless lives. His friendships were lifelong, his faith unshakable, and his presence a blessing to all who knew him. His family and friends will forever remember the memories they share and the example he set of living a life rooted in faith, love, and devotion.

Surviving family: Jerry is survived by his wife of 67 years Phyllis Brotherton, his children Annette Ayers husband Terry Ayers (deceased), Jerry Brotherton Jr. and spouse Theresa Brotherton, Tammy Leach and spouse Jeff Vican, his grandchildren Dusty Ayers and spouse Amanda L. Ayers, Christopher Ayers and spouse Amanda N. Ayers, Michael Ayers and spouse Kelsey Ayers, Justin Brotherton and spouse Melissa Brotherton, Dewayne Leach fiancé Melanie Goins and , Caleb Ayers and fiancé Lauren Sheppard, his great grand children Kambria Ayers, Brody Brotherton, Khloe Leach, Silas Ayers, Griffen Ayers, Josie Ayers, Bubba Leach, Brookes Brotherton, Jaxon Ayers, Addison Leach and Jasper Leach.

He is also survived by his brother Robert Brotherton, Jimmy Brotherton, and sister Debbie Soule, he also has deceased siblings Glenna LeBouef, James Brotherton, and deceased Fred Brotherton.

Visitation will be 12:00-2:00pm on Monday November 17, 2025 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, funeral service will be 2:00pm with Rev. Bill Vance officiating, interment will follow in Powell Valley Cemetery.
