Jerry Lee Campbell, age 60, of Reading, OH passed away on September 16, 2015. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father James Campbell, brothers Terry and Stan Campbell.
He is survived by his mother Sonya Faye Campbell; daughters Alicia Luckie and Brittany Campbell; son Chad Campbell; brothers Mitch and James Campbell and 8 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the service to follow. Burial will follow the service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
Martin Wilson Funeral Home of LaFollette is in charge of these arrangements.
