John Arthur "Johnny" Stout Iii

John A. "Johnny" Stout, III, age 75 of LaFollette, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2022 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. He was born December 8, 1946 to the late John A. Stout, Jr. and Gladys (Jones) Stout. Johnny was a Christian and attended the Jacksboro Church of Christ. He loved family gatherings, planned activities at the Emory Valley Center, and was a fan of football and basketball games.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Curtis Stout; sister in law, Darlene Stout.

Johnny is survived by his brothers, Stephen Stout and wife, Betty of Jacksboro, William E. Stout of LaFollette; sisters, Suzanne Joyner and husband, Billy of Georgia, Sherri Powell of Jacksboro; several loving nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.

The family would love to extend a special thank you to his extended family at the Emory Valley Center, Tiffin House for their loving care and friendship to Johnny.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM. The interment will follow the funeral service at Woodlawn Cemetery.
