John Milburn Wright
John was born to Noel and Doris Wright October 31,1944. He passed away at Lafollette hospital
on Sunday, September 11, 2022, after a brief illness.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Wright. John is survived by his daughter Tina and
son Robbie, both of Dayton, Ohio, along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was also a beloved member of Joan's family who will cherish his memory and his devoted
love for their mother and grandmother.
John was a faithful member of Bearwallow Church in Caryville, Tennessee. He long served as
an official greeter at the church. He enjoyed going fishing, bowling and whatever else he and
Joan chose to get into.
There will be a memorial at Martin-Wilson Funeral Home in LaFollette on Saturday, September 24
from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Followed by a brief memorial service officiated by Pastor Jerry Foust of
Bearwallow Church
