Josephine (Wilson) Wright

Josephine Wright, age 83 of Jacksboro went home to be with her Lord & Savior Monday, January 8, 2018.  She was a member of Shield of Faith Church in Jacksboro.  Jo enjoyed going to church, spending time with her family & friends, and spoiling her dogs.  She also loved beautiful flowers.

She is preceded in death by husband Carden Wright; granddaughter Amanda Jo Evans; parents Elijah & Bessie (Fowler) Wilson; brothers James Obern Wilson, twin brother Claiborne Eugene Wilson, and Wilbourne "Cotton" Wilson.

She is survived by son Jeff Wright & wife Angie; daughters Joyce Evans & husband Bruce, Robin Belew & husband Mitch, Sharon Wright & fiancé Jeffrey Wilson; sister Carolyn Nelson; brother Robert Wilson; special friend she thought of as a sister, Wilma Wilson, and 2 other special friends, Chrissy and Emily Cox; 9 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren to mourn her passing.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Thursday, January 11, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home.  Funeral service will be 11 AM Friday, January 12, 2018 at Shield of Faith Church with Rev. Jeff Moser, Rev. Thomas Adkins, and Rev. David Hicks officiating.  Interment will follow funeral service in Jacksboro cemetery.
