Joshua Paul Hicks

Joshua Paul Hicks, age 40 of LaFollette, departed this life on Monday, July 3, 2023, at his home. He was born on July 12, 1982. Joshua was a loving son, brother, uncle, that enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his great niece.  He spent most of his time working on cars, which he enjoyed tremendously.

Josh is preceded in death by his father James Hicks; grandparents Mary Carroll Singleton and William and Iris Hicks.

He is survived by his mother Deborah (Weaver) Hicks; brother Michael Hicks and wife April of LaFollette; niece Samantha; great niece Talea; nephews Mikey and Austin.

A visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, July 7, 2023 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. J.T. Asbury officiating. Family and friends will meet at 9:45 AM on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Macedonia Cemetery for an 11:00 AM internment.
