Joyce Ellen (Boyer) Gibson

Joyce Ellen Gibson, age 75 went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday December the 13, 2017. She was a devoted member of Little White Oak Missionary Baptist Church. Joyce enjoyed crossword     puzzles, reading, playing solitaire, watching the eagles hatch, and spending time with family and friends.

She is preceded in death by parents, Cyrus and Ellen Kellerman Boyer; husband, Lee Gibson and  daughter, Tina Grigsby.

She is survived by sons, Randy Gibson , Ronnie Gibson, and Chris Gibson and wife, Maria all of Duff; Daughter, Lisa Bell and Husband Mark of Jellico; Sister, Judy Sorrells and husband, Don of Georgia; Grandchildren: Lindsay Metcalf, Brittany Kennedy, Shane Metcalf, Avery Seymour, and Cameron Gibson;  Great grandchildren, Skyley Elliott; and special friends, Martha Lemarr, Robert Metcalf, and Joann Bolton.

Visitation will be 3 to 5 PM on Saturday, December 16th, 2017 at the Martin Wilson Funeral Home;  funeral service will follow at 5 PM with Rev. Ronnie "Bo" Freeman officiating and Jason Freeman with the reading of the obituary. Friends and family with meet at 12 noon on Sunday, December 17th, 2017 at Lambdin Cemetery for interment.
