Juanita Shultz

Juanita Shultz, age 70, of Caryville passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2011. She was a very loving wife of 39 years, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend. She was a mother and a friend to all she met. She enjoyed attending church when she was able and sports events of all kinds, especially basketball. She loved her job and the ones that she worked with.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother Charlie & Callie Harrison Rutherford, daughter Patsy Brock, brothers Jack Rutherford and Elbert Henry Rutherford, and sisters Susie Rogers and Jerri Rogers.

She is survived by her husband Josh Shultz of Caryville, son Charles Rutherford of Caryville, daughters Debbie Foust and husband Jerry of Caryville and Mary Beth and husband Richard Loudin of Clinton, brothers Elmer "Chun" Rutherford of Caryville, James Rutherford of Caryville, and Joe Rutherford of Philadelphia, TN, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 14, 2011 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Jerry Foust and Rev Don Allen officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2011 in the Harness Cemetery. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
