Judy Lavonda Marlow

Judy Lavonda Marlow, age 71 of LaFollette, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at LaFollette Medical Center. She was born on March 20, 1950 to the late John and Dorothy (Wright) Marlow. Judy was a loving wife of 55 years, mother, mamaw, sister, and friend, who was known by her beautiful smile and incredible love for her family.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandson Justin Marlow; brothers Marce Marlow, Jerry Marlow, Eugene Marlow, and Joe Marlow; and sister Jewel Ray.

She is survived by her loving husband Sam Marlow; sons Mark Marlow and wife Lynette of Jacksboro, Sammy Marlow of Jacksboro, and Kermit Marlow of LaFollette; brothers Carl Marlow of Florida, John Marlow of TN, Ronnie Marlow of Florida, Rudy Marlow and wife Toni of TN, and Michael Marlow and wife Thelma of Jacksboro; sisters Eva Sue Marlow of Lick Creek, TN, and Jadeena Marlow of LaFollette; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 1:00-3:00 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM with Rev. Tony McAfee officiating. The interment will follow the funeral service at Peabody Cemetery.
