Lassie Mae Hensley

Lassie Mae Hensley, age 78, of LaFollette passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Physician's Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed gardening, reading, shopping, her cats and she loved spending time with her children whom she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents Hinton & Eunice (Shepherd) Sharp; brothers Dennis Sharp, Shirley Sharp and Luke Landrum; and sisters Thelma Riley, Lucille Hicks and Ethel Landrum.

She is survived by her son Jason Hensley of Valley Head, AL; daughters Angela Hensley of LaFollette, Gina Hall of Oliver Springs, TN and Julie Adkins & husband Jim of Powell, TN; brother Carlos Landrum of Athens, TN; sister Louise Watkins of Bradenton, FL; 9 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 - 12:00 noon on Saturday, December 20, 2014 in the Martin Wilson chapel with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Keith Tillman officiating. Interment will follow the funeral service at Grantsboro Cemetery.
