Lenora (Miller) Prater

Lenora Prater age 90 of LaFollette, entered into her heavenly home and joined her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, July 14, 2024. She was born September 19, 1933, in LaFollette to the late Amos and Mary Parker Miller. Lenora loved to shop, go to flea markets, yard sales, and ordering items on QVC. She always looked her best and was the caregiver for all of her family after her mother passed away at an early age.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Prater; her brothers, Glenn, Garrett, Robert "Bob", Ronnie, Larry, and William "Bill" Miller; her sisters, Lucille Parker, Lorene Sweat, Bonnie Henegar, and Wilma Wilson.

Lenora is survived by her brother, Kenneth Miller of LaFollette and her sister, Linda Miles of Chatsworth, Georgia, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 18th, 2024, at Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Graveside service will follow visitation at Campbell Memorial Gardens with her family speaking.
