Lester Russell

Lester Russell, age 79, of LaFollette passed away on Tuesday, August 26th, 2014. He was a member of Grantsboro Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford & Tennessee (Nelson) Russell.

He is survived by his wife Anna Russell of LaFollette; sons Darrell Russell & wife Susie of LaFollette, Randy Russell of Jacksboro, and Rodney Russell & wife Tobi of LaFollette; daughter Tammy Welden & husband Lonnie of Knoxville; brother Dallas Russell & wife Dollie of LaFollette; sister Jewell Jones & husband Glenn of LaFollette; seven grandsons, seven granddaughters, and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 8:00 pm on Friday, August 29th, 2014 in the Martin Wilson chapel with the funeral service to follow with Rev. David Goins, Rev. Lonnie Weldon, and Rev. JT Asbury officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 in the Bakers Forge Cemetery.
