Lewis David Jacobs

Lewis David Jacobs, age 74 of Lafollette passed away Friday, May 28, 2010 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He attended Hill Crest Baptist Church. Lewis enjoyed truck driving and loved his family very much.

Preceded in death by Parents: Ross Lewis and Lillie Viola Capps Jacobs.

Survived by Wife: Linda Jacobs. Son: James David Jacobs. Daughter and Son in Law: Amanda Michelle and Michael Adkins. Grandchildren: Jasmine Selena Jacobs and Kyra Lashaye Gray all of Lafollette. And a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Saturday, May 29, 2010 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Mack Smith and Rev. Chris Thomas officiating. Interment will be 2 PM Sunday in Campbell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Saturday night before funeral service.
