Linda Jane Burris

Linda Jane Farmer Burris age 55 of Jacksboro went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 12, 2010. She was a member of Central Baptist Church in Caryville. She was a very loving wife and mother that enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved to work in her flower garden and collect antiques.

Preceded in death by Father: Fred Farmer.

Survived by Husband: Jimmy Burris. Son: Jimmy Burris Jr. and Wife: Cindy of Caryville. Daughter: Natalie Burris of Jacksboro. Granddaughter: Katelynn Burris. Mother: Arvena Woods Farmer. Brothers: Dewayne Farmer and Wife: Zina of Clinton. Jerry Farmer and Jill Farmer of Lafollette. Sister: Ann Marlow and Husband: Dexter of Jacksboro. Nieces: Sara and Lauren Farmer. Nephews: David Marlow and Wife: Roopal. Brian and Jonathan Marlow and Alex Farmer.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Monday, March 15 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Adam Hunley officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Tuesday in Norris Memorial. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Monday night before funeral service.
