Maragret Christine (York) Goode

Maragret Christine (York) Goode, age 82 of Jacksboro passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019.  She was a member of Duff Baptist Church.  Maragret enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening, and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by husband James Goode; parents John and Effie (Johnson) York; grandson Justin Chapman.

She is survived by daughters Vickie Jeffries of LaFollette and Tammy Chapman of Caryville; 3 grandchildren Ethan Jeffries & wife Amanda, Aaron Chapman, Tori Jeffries and Marcus Jones; 1 great grandchild Abigail Jeffries; a host of other relatives.

Visitation will be 6-8 PM Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 8 PM with Rev. Lynn Ray officiating.  Friends and family will meet 9:30 AM Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for the 10 AM interment.
