We are heartbroken to announce that on Sunday, May 14th, 2023, Marcia "Peanut" Spears was called to her eternal resting place while surrounded by loved ones. Peanut will be remembered as a "Firecracker" of a woman with her strong stubborn traits. She was competitive, had a witty sense of humor, always there to listen and most of all her enormous heart. Her love was truly genuine, and one of a kind.  Marcia, loved spending time with family, reading, playing cards, and listening to music. Her recent favorite being Morgan Wallen.  Peanut joins the love of her life of 60 years and will be forever loved and missed by many.

Marcia is survived by her two children Kimberly Osman (Spears), Larry (Heather) Spears Jr and 5 grandchildren, Alisa (Alex/Sweet Meat) Mize, Ryan (Stephanie Powell) Mize, Joshua Mize, Morgan (Travis) Miller, Nathaniel Spears. She also leaves behind 6 great grandchildren, her brother Danny (Deena) Roberts, nieces, and nephews.

Marcia is preceded in death by her husband Larry Spears, parents, brothers, and sister.

There will be no formal services, however; a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
