Margaret Phyllis Trosper

Margaret Phyllis Trosper, age 75 of LaFollette passed away Monday, September 18, 2017.  She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  Margaretenjoyed gardening, flowers, canning, and raising her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by husband Ralph D. Trosper Sr; parents Fred & Sarah (West) Phillips; brothers Hoyle Crabtree, Norman Lee Crabtree, Ralph Claborn, Gib Claborn, Blaine Claborn, Ed Claborn, Gene Claborn, Arlie "Stud" Claborn, and Milford Claborn; sisters OmaJean Pierce, Anna Ruth Carson, and Willia Dean Claborn.

She is survived by daughters Mitzi Long & husband Theron of Locust Grove, Georgia, Kathy Garland Trosper of LaFollette, and Robin Trosper of Caryville; son Ralph Dwayne Trosper Jr. of Georgia; brothers Russell Crabtree, James Claborn, Danny Claborn, Lloyd Dean "Moe" Claborn, and Freddie Phillips; 9 grandchildren & several great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Visitation will be 11 AM – 1 PM Wednesday, September 20, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by the Funeral Service at 1 PM with Rev. Ronnie Freeman officiating.  Friends and family will proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for interment.
