Mary Ruth Housley

Mary Ruth Moser Housley age 73 of Lafollette passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the St. Mary's Medical Center in Campbell Co. She was a member of Berachah Baptist Tabernacle. Mrs. Housley was a very loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who enjoyed attending church, singing, gardening, and reading the bible and her magazines. She loved watching jeopardy but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family.

Preceded in death by Husband: Hurshel Housley. Son: Michael Housley. Parents: Elmer and Virgie Moser.

Survived by Sons: Ernest Housley, James Housley, Mark Housley and Wife: Tammy all of Lafollette. Matthew Housley and Wife: Karen of Jacksboro. Timothy Housley of Ohio. Daughter: Kathy Posey and Husband: Dave of Lafollette. 13 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. Brother: Matthew Moser and Wife: Brenda of Lafollette. Sisters: Sandra Rainer and Husband: Wayne. Sue Forgues and Husband: Hank all of Lafollette.

Funeral service will be 8 PM Friday, January 1 in Martin Wilson  Chapel. Interment will be 11 AM Saturday in Woodward Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Friday night before funeral service.
