Mary Rettberg

Mary "Ethel" Rettberg, age 67, of LaFollette passed away on Tuesday, November 11th, 2014 at home. She was of the Baptist faith and was a very loving wife of 49 years, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family and her dogs, sewing and quilting.

She was preceded in death by her parents Solomon & Dovie (Miller) Sutton; brothers Elmer, Henry "Hank" and Leamon Sutton; and sisters Azilee Ford, Nancy Kauble and Kathryn Sutton.

She is survived by her husband Ivan Rettberg of LaFollette; sons Matthew Rettberg and Stephen Rettberg & wife Page all of LaFollette; daughters Tammy Renee Rettberg of LaFollette and Connie Lynn Sutton Palmer of Kent, England; brothers Roy D. Sutton and Ralph Sutton & wife Cordia all of LaFollette; sisters Minnie Pearl Goins & husband Wallace of LaFollette and Lucille Sutton Taulbee & husband Ted of Dayton, Ohio; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 13th, 2014 in the Martin Wilson chapel with the funeral service to follow. Interment will follow the funeral service at Sutton Cemetery.
