Mary Faye Ward

Mary Faye Ward, age 61 of Jacksboro, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at LaFollette Medical Center. She was born on March 12, 1960. Mary was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother who loved drinking her coffee, going to church at 13th Street Church of God, and she especially loved her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother Vanelle Lough; grandson Austin Kitts; and baby Ford.

Mary is survived by her loving husband of 36 years Johnny Ward; children Kasey Griffis, Elizabeth and husband Ryan Brown, Justin and wife Joni Lough, Crystal Evans and Daryl Evans, and Kayla and husband Nathan Ford; grandkids Melissa White, Bethany Lough, Alyssa Brown, Kassidy Griffis, Autum Evans, Alexandria Brown, Hunter Evans, Jayden Ward, Emma Brown, Addison Cook, Noah Ford, Isaih Ford, and Kaiden Cook; great grandchildren Copelynn Lough, Xavier, and Xaria; best friend Easter Miller; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 PM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM with Rev. Doris Cook and Rev. Jared Meredith officiating. Family and friends will meet at 12:15 on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in funeral procession to Harness Cemetery for a 1:00 PM interment.
