Mary D Williams

Mary Lee Dossett Williams of Knoxville was born September 2, 1926 passed away April 24, 2010 at the Mercy Residential Hospice after a courageous battle with Cancer. She was a member of Norwood United Methodist Church.

Preceded in death by Husband: Terry Williams. Parents: Thomas and Minnie Allen Dossett. Brothers: Burgin, Otto, Henry, Jeff, Bill, Houston & Walter Dossett. Sisters, Hattie L Mills, Retha Allen & Ann Davis

Survived by Son: Larry Edward Williams Sr. & wife Betty; Grandson Larry Edward Williams Jr. & Fiance Tiffany Edwards; & Great grandson all of Knoxville. Brother and Sister in Law: Frank and Betty Dossett of Lafollette. Sisters: Addie Dodd of Birmingham, Ala. Eleanor Northcutt of North Ridgeville, OH. Victoria Lane of TN., Nannie Greene & husband Harold of Knoxville, & many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

The body will be taken to Highland Memorial Funeral Home on Kingston Pike Tuesday, April 27 where family will receive friends 12 noon to 1 PM. & funeral to follow at 1 PM with Rev. David Green officiating. Interment to follow at the Highland Memorial Cemetery.

The family requests that memorial gifts be made to Norwood United Methodist Church Window Fund, 2110 Merchants Road, Knoxville, TN 37912.
