Melissa Ann Ward

Melissa Ann Morgan Ward, age 36 of Lafollette passed away Friday, May 8, 2009 at the Mercy Health System in Knoxville. She was a member of Lafollette Church of God. She loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and enjoyed shopping for everyone. She loved her family very much. She loved going to church when she was able.

Survived by Husband: Daniel Ward of Lafollette. Father: Matthew Morgan of Jacksboro. Mother: Lois Bolinger of Clinton. Sister and Brother in Law: Buffy and Paul Crane of Caryville. Brothers and Sisters in Law: Paul and Joy Morgan and Wayne and Karen Morgan all of Seattle, WA. Charles and Kandy Morgan of Lincoln Park, MI. Nephews: Donovan, Andrew and Gaige Morgan of Caryville and Tyler Ward of Lafollette. Niece: Chelsea Morgan of Caryville. A host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Monday, May 11, 2009 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. David Walker and Rev. Kelvin Stokes officiating. Interment will be 2 PM Tuesday in Powell Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday night before funeral service.
