Mona Teresa Lindsay

Mona Teresa Lindsay, age 67, of Jacksboro passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at home. She was a member of East Jacksboro Baptist Church. She was a very loving mother and grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her graduating classmates from the class of 1963, and was a devoted UT fan.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ezra & Anna (Seiber) Carr, husband Lee Lindsay, brother Sherman Carr, and sisters Gertrude McFarland, Gladys Epperson, Kathleen Holbrook, & Martha Turner.

She is survived by her son Scott Lindsay & wife Kimberly of Jacksboro, daughter Renee Leach & husband Brian of Jacksboro, brother Shirley Carr & wife Bonita of Clinton, sister Sibbieleen Russell of Clinton, and grandchildren Chase Lindsay, Regan Lindsay, Drew Leach, & Jack Leach.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 5th, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with Rev Donnie Disney officiating. Interment will be on Thursday, June 6th, 2013 at 11:00 am at Indian Creek Cemetery.
