Mona Marcum

Mona Mitchell Marcum, age 84, of LaFollette, went home to be with the Lord January 12, 2016. She enjoyed her animals and feeding strays as well. Mona loved fishing, sitting on the dock watching the lake, shopping at the Goodwill and traveling. She also enjoyed spending time with her family who she loved very much.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Maggie (Wagers) Mitchell; sons Robert and Ronnie Marcum; brothers John Hardy and Richard Mitchell; sisters Pauline Corsinc, Aileene Baker, Bernice Arrowwood and Beatrice Sevier.

She is survived by her husband Joe Marcum of LaFollette; sons Dan and Donnie Marcum of LaFollette; brother Charles Mitchell of Fort Thomas, Ky.; 5 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
