Nancy Willene Bullock

March 10, 1925 — December 27, 2008

Nancy Willene Bullock, age 83 of LaFollette, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2008 at the St Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. Willene was a charter member of West LaFollette Baptist Church. She was a devoted member of WMU Lottie Moon and chairperson of the march of dimes and Muscular Dystrophy. She was owner and operator with her husband Ernest Bullock's coal yard for several years and was also the backbone of Midway Florist. Her favorite thing was her family and she was proud of her sons accomplishments.

Preceded in death by a Son: Jeffery Bullock. Husband: Ernest. Parents: Edgar and Maude Mathews Phillips. Brother: Edgar Phillips Jr. Sister: Minnie Vee Day.

Survived by Children: Dusty Bullock and wife Lisa of Caryville. Monty Bullock and wife Pam of Jacksboro.  Sister: Collene Phillips of Lexington, Ky. Grandchildren : Nicole Moody, Trina and Shonda Bullock all of Knoxville, Jacob and Katylin Bullock of Caryville, and Lyndsey Bullock of Jacksboro. Step Grandchildren: Grant and Justin Taylor.  6 Great Grandchildren. A very special friend, Carol Wilson.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2008 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Floyd Powell and Rev. Hobert McCreary officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Wednesday in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday night before funeral services.
