Nancy Louise Prater

Nancy Louise (Wilson) Prater, age 84, of LaFollette passed away Thursday, January 9, 2013. She was a very loving wife & mother and was retired after over 30 years of working in the Central Office for the Campbell County Department of Education.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life for 66 years Carl Prater, her parents Harvey Byron & Hattie Wilson, brother H.B. Wilson, sister Mary Lee Wilson, and brother-in-law Tom Clotfelter.

She is survived by her son Carl Wayne Prater & wife Judy of Jacksboro, son Michael Lynn Prater & wife Toni of LaFollette, daughter Lisa Ann Bullock & husband Dusty of Caryville, brother Robert Wilson & wife Paula of Ohio, sister Betty Clotfelter of Jacksboro, sister Belva Cardwell & husband Jim of Kentucky, 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way, and several nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 12th, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm in the Martin Wilson Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 8:00 pm with Rev Sonny Longmire & Rev Rick Murphy officiating. Interment will be on Sunday, January 13th, 2013 at 1:00 pm in the Jacksboro Cemetery.
