Naomi Joyce Monday

Naomi "Joyce" Davis Monday, age 75, of Jacksboro passed away on Sunday, November 10th, 2013 at home. She was a member of Fonde Church of God. She was a very loving wife of 47 years, mother, and grandmother that enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved going to church, reading her Bible, and being surrounded by her loving family.

She was preceded in death by her parents Lester & Edna Ruth Partin; brothers Buster Davis and Damon Partin; and sisters Betty Partin and Luzon Partin.

She is survived by her husband Troy Monday of Jacksboro; son Michael Monday & wife Shanna of LaFollette; daughters Cathy Ellison & husband Richard of LaFollette and Tina Johnson & husband Robert of Jacksboro; brothers Butch Partin & wife Debbie of Maryland, Don Davis & wife Lue of Jacksboro, Jerry Partin & wife Darlene, Charles Partin, and Mark Partin & wife Lynn all of Kentucky; sister Valerie Cooper & husband Jerry of Kentucky; grandchildren Monica, Maria, Sara, Brandon, Robert, Colton, Shonda, and Steven; and great-grandchildren Sarahmarie and Konner.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 12th, 2013 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow visitation at 8:00 pm with Rev Cecil Johnson officiating. Interment will be held on Wednesday, November 13th, 2013 at 11:00 am at Cumberland View Cemetery.
