Ola Ford

Ola M. Ford, age 93 of LaFollette, passed away early Saturday morning July 12, 2008 at the Summitt View of Lake City. She was a member of Midway Baptist Church. Her family was her life. She loved house work, gardening and flowers. She was employed with the Imperial Reading Corporation for 20 plus years.  She also worked in Oak Ridge during WWII.

Preceded in death by Husband: Kenneth Ford. Son: Ronald Ford. Parents: Arthur B. and Carrie King Casey. Brother: AB Casey and Sister: Tola Alexander.

Survived by Daughter and Son in Law: Betty and Arvil Ward of LaFollette. Son and Daughter in Law: Jack and Marietta Ford of LaFollette. Grandchildren: Ronald J. and Kenneth W. Ford, Kim Vowell, Shannon Thornton and Ashleigh Ward. Two Great great grandsons and three great great grand daughters. A host of relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Sunday in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Orick officiating.  Interment will be 11 AM Monday in Ford Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Sunday night before funeral service.
