Patsy Jean Wright

Patsy Jean Wright, age 69 of Powell, TN formerly of Jacksboro went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 5, 2024. She enjoyed fishing, bingo, crafts, singing, spending time with her granddaughters doing girly stuff, and enjoyed a good food buffet.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Wright; parents, Jimmie and Cora Duncan; infant son, Jason Phillips; sisters, Della Duncan and Juanita Young; and grandson, Peyton Phillips.

Patsy is survived by her daughters, Michelle Carroll, Selena Heatherly, Sabrina Lowe, and Dessie Phillips; sons, Brooks Rogers, Bradley Phillips, and Gregory Phillips; sisters, Dinah Bilyeu and husband Gary, Thelma Marlow and husband Michael, Lena Testo and husband Danny, Delores Lindsey and husband John, Muriel Faye Ledford and companion Jeff, and Karla Duncan; 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; special granddaughters/ caretakers, Celse and MaKenzie; special adopted grandson Wesley Gibson; special niece, Lajeana; and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Thursday October 10, 2024 from 10 AM to 11 AM in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Funeral service to follow at 11 AM with Rev. James Adkins officiating. Interment to follow at Campbell Memorial Gardens.
