Paul Ray Penny age 67 of LaFollette, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024. He was born on August 24, 1956 to the late Woodrow and Nina Penny in Portsmouth, Ohio. Paul liked to cook, tinker with vehicles, and spend time with his family. His favorite past time was fussing. He was either arguing with you or telling you about his argument with someone else. We never learned that fussing with him was pointless because he was always right even when he was wrong. Paul was the kind of man who used his actions to show his love. He would fuss the whole time helping you fix any mess you got yourself into, but he would make sure it got fixed. Our lives will be much less interesting without him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Penny; sisters, Barbara Dunnigan, Florence Reichow; brother, Lawnie Penny.
Left to forever mourn the loss of Paul is significant other, Rebecca Wallace; his sons, Tony Lloyd, Paul Penny Jr and Tiffany Hatfield; daughters, Nina Chapman and husband, Jamie, Brandy Penny and Scott Bunch; brother, Woodrow Penny and wife, Ann; sister, Lucinda McKinzie and husband, Dewey; sister in law, Charlotte Penny; grandchildren, Tyler Lloyd, Mandy Nichols, Nicolas Penny, Desaray Hembree, Bryson Penny, Cassie Penny, Lucas Penny, and Carolyn Penny; a host of other relatives and friends.
