Paul Arthur Williams Jr., age 64 passed away on Thursday July 24, 2025. He was born on September 29, 1960 to the late Paul Arthur Williams Sr. and Judith Rucki Williams.

In addition to his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his son, Paul Williams III; brothers, Mark Williams and Todd Williams.

Paul is survived by wife, Angela Williams; daughter, Hope Williams and friend, Eli Garcia; brother, Link Rucki of Toledo, Ohio, Buzz Rucki of Toledo Ohio, Ralph Williams of North Carolina; and sister Mary Rucki of Toledo, Ohio.
