Ray William Wylie

Ray William Wylie, age 60 of Jacksboro passed away Monday, September 1, 2008 at his home. Mr. Wylie was a very loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle who thought more of others than he did himself. He enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors. He was a member of the American Legion and VFW. He was also a veteran of the Viet Nam War.

Preceded in death by Parents: William Carson Wylie, and Cecil Mae Evans Wylie.

Survived by Son: Billy Ray Wylie of Lincoln, MI. Daughter: Barbara Ann Wylie of Manito, ILL. 7 Grandchildren. Brothers: Lee and Chester Wylie. Sisters: Opal Jessie, Almeda Wylie and Loretta Singleton. Former Wife: Marion Shier of Taylor, MI.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Thursday, September 4, 2008 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Steve Tiller officiating. Family and friends will meet for interment at 1 PM Friday in Yoakum Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday night before funeral service.
