Rex Wayne Chapman

Rex Chapman, age 71, of Jacksboro passed away on September 11, 2015. He would have been 72 on Monday, September 14th.

He was preceded in death by his parents Esker & Retha Chapman, brother Esker Chapman, Jr. and infant son Jackie Wayne Chapman all of Jacksboro.

He is survived by his daughter Bridget Chapman "Susie" of Jacksboro, ex-wife Kathy Chapman, sister Cliva Fraley & Jim, brother Willard Chapman & Maxine of Jacksboro, several nieces & nephews whom he loved very much, along with a host of relatives & friends.

Graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 at 10:00 am at Cumberland View Cemetery.

A special thanks to Dr. Dhamatharan, Tennova Hospice & the caregivers from SCHAS. Rex will forever be remembered for his loving nature & his big smile.
