Rosa Evelyn Marcum

Rosa Evelyn Marcum age 91 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away Sunday May 8, 2011. She was a very loving mother and friend who enjoyed her family and friends very much. She also enjoyed quilting, sewing, canning, and cooking for her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her father Andy C. Baird, mother Alice McCullah Baird, husband Arnold E. Marcum, son Dan Marcum, daughter Peggy Lou Gumm, brothers Jesse Baird, Jeremiah Baird, James Baird, Ira Baird, and Earl Baird, sisters Hester Lay, Bertha Baird, Maude McNeeley, Pearl Norman, Bessie Baird, Louisa Baird.

Survived by her son David Marcum and wife Rosalea Marcum of Ohio, sister Nancy Carroll, 14 grandchildren, and 33 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Martin-Wilson chapel with Rev Jeff Armstrong officiating. Interment will follow at Warren's Memorial Garden. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 from 12:00 - 1:00 in the Martin-Wilson chapel.
