Rosetta Byrd

Rosetta Byrd, age 88 of Lafollette passed away Monday, February 7, 2011 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. She was a member of New Canaan United Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by Husband: Kermit Byrd. Mother: Lora Webb Crabtree. Father: Ewell Crabtree. Daughter: Alberta Byrd. Sisters: Dorthy Martino and Della. Brother: Herthel Crabtree. Son in Law: Stan Fraley. Sisters: Edith Love, Ruth Bolton and Ethel Crabtree. Brother: Jerry Crabtree.

Survived by Sons and Daughters in Law: Bill and Judy Byrd. Ralph Byrd. Gary and Debra Byrd of Jacksboro. Daughters: Faye Fraley, Janice Byrd and Joyce Byrd. Daughter and Son in Law: Sandy and Marvin Chambers of Lafollette. 16 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Brothers: J.H. Crabtree, L.B. Crabtree and Charles Crabtree. Sisters: Mabel Phillips, Margaret Honeycutt, Daisy Loyd, Opal Whisnant, Kathy Whisnant, and Ollie Chambers.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Wednesday, February 9, 2011 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Adam Hunley officiating. Interment will be 11 AM Thursday in Campbell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday night before funeral service.
