Roy Weaver

Roy Weaver age 67 of LaFollette passed away Thursday, August 6, 2009 at his home. He was a member of Duff Baptist Church. Mr. Weaver loved being with his family, helping people in need, and loved carpentry.

Preceded in death by Parents: Silas and Pearl Branam Weaver. Brothers: Jerry, Glen, Billy, and Carl Weaver. Sisters: Delphene Freeman, Wanda and Dorothy Weaver.

Survived by Wife: Carolyn Weaver of LaFollette. Son: Richard Allen Weaver of Beavercreek, Ohio.  Son and Daughter in Law: Robbie Alvin and Tammy Weaver of LaFollette. Daughter and Son in Law: Marilyn and Floyd Walden. Daughter: Michelle Davis all of LaFollette. Grandchildren: Lacie and Carrie Weaver, Jacob Wagner, Catlin Davis, Malakai Gramlich, and Breaana Murphy. Great Grandchild: Adrian Stollings.  Brother: Howard Weaver of Jellico. Sisters and Brothers in Law: : Ruth Ann and Roy Stone, Lois and Johnny Murray both of Sidney, Ohio. Special Friends: Jeremy Archer, Mitchell Wallace, Kyle Franse, Ricky Chapman, and Kelly Garner. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Funeral Service will be 2 PM Sunday, August 9, 2009 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Leroy Braden and Rev. Don Allen officiating. Interment will follow in Powell Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Saturday night in Martin Wilson Chapel.
