Rusty Foster

Starlyn Russell "Rusty" Foster, age 45 of Jacksboro, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022. Rusty enjoyed fishing, 4 wheeling, and spending time with his family. Rusty worked in the Campbell County Property Assessor as a property reviewer.

Rusty is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Robertson Chadwell.

He is survived by his loving wife Summer Foster of Jacksboro; daughter, Abigail Parker and Michael Davis of LaFollette; son, Nicholas Foster of Jacksboro; father, Starlyn Everett Foster of Jacksboro; brothers, Rodney Foster, Tommy Foster, and Dustin Chadwell; grandson, Cooper Davis; and host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends for Rusty on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Following the visitation there will be a Celebration of Life Service beginning at 7:00 PM.

The family has entrusted the care of Rusty Foster to Martin Wilson Funeral Home "Where Families Matter Most."
