Shields Worth Richardson

Shields Worth Richardson, age 90 of LaFollette passed away Monday, March 6, 2017.  He enjoyed his dog, Bo, and loved gardening. He was an Army Veteran, who served his country in WWII.

He is preceded in death by daughter Shelia Richardson; parents Lee Roy and Hattie (Gaylor) Richardson; 1 great granddaughter; brothers Judson, John Calvin, S.D., Ott, and Wayne Richardson; sisters Eva Lee Chadwell, and Wilma Pierce.

He is survived by wife of 69 years, Ernestine Richardson of LaFollette; sons Tom Richardson and wife Deb of LaFollette, Jack Richardson and wife Kathy of LaFollette, Gerry Richardson of Knoxville, and Terry Richardson and wife Darlene of Norris; brother James Richardson of Jacksboro; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home; service to follow at 7 PM with Rev. Bobby Ray Wilson officiating.  Friends and family will meet 10:15 AM Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home for the 11:00 AM interment in Bakers Forge Cemetery with Military Honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
