Stanley E Lester

Stanley E. Lester Jr., age 53, of Corbin, KY, formerly of Jacksboro, passed away on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at his home. He was a member of the Inskip Road Baptist Church. He enjoyed all sports, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and was the 1st quarterback of the Campbell County High School in 1976.

He was preceded in death by his sister Kimberly Lynn Lester.

He is survived by his parents Stanley & Norma (Phillips) Lester of Jacksboro, wife Robin Lester of Corbin, son Jordan Lester of Knoxville, daughters Christy Lester, Marlana Lester and husband Scott Gann, and their mother Sandy Lester all of Jacksboro, brothers Mark Lester and wife Kathy of Knoxville, Brent Lester and wife Lisa of LaFollette, sisters Cathy Sharp of LaFollette, Cindy Riggs and husband Jeff of LaFollette, and Tammy Lester of Jacksboro, granddaughters Corri Caruso and Gabriella Lester, mother-in-law Silverdeen Brandenburg of Corbin, several nieces & nephews, and a host of other relatives & friends.

Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 17, 2012 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev Tim Thompson officiating. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012 in the Woodlawn Cemetery.
