Stanley Lynn Towe

Stanley Lynn Towe, age 58 of Knoxville, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at U.T. Medical Center. He was born on November 9, 1962, to the late Joe Towe and Betty Ruth "Sheckles" Towe. Stanley, who was an ordained minister, enjoyed collecting baseball cards, tonka trucks, and hippos and he loved spending time with his family, whom he loved very much. He also loved gospel music, especially the gospel groups The Gathers and The McKameys. He was also a member of New Sevier Home Baptist Church.


In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother William Joe Towe and John Micky Towe and sisters Thelma Jean Towe and Teresa Jenkins.


He is survived by his loving wife Anna Towe of Knoxville; brothers Robert Towe of Fairview, TN, and Steve Towe and wife Darlene of McMinnville, TN; sister Gail Campbell of Jacksboro; and a host a nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.


The family will meet at 10:15 AM at Martin Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday October 2, 2021, to go in funeral procession to Baker's Forge Cemetery for an 11:00 AM graveside service with Rev. Sam Brooks and Rev. Dwane Byrd officiating.


The family has entrusted the care of Stanley Lynn Towe to Martin Wilson Funeral Home "Where families matter most."
