Stephanie Lynne Goins

Stephanie Lynne Goins age 53 of LaFollette, passed away on Saturday, February 12th, 2022 at the Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Margaret (Goins) Greene; grandmother, Emma Goins.

Stephanie is survived by her daughter, Emily Spradlin and Craig Morris of LaFollette; granddaughters, Scarlett Silcox and Mia Morris; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation for Stephanie will be on Wednesday, February 16th, 2022 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.
