Stephen Joseph Kwiecien II, age 68, of Jacksboro, departed this life on September 20, 2021. Stephen was born on March 21, 1953, in Buffalo, New York. He was a retired refrigeration technician.

Stephen is proceeded in death by his parents, Stephen Joseph Kwiecien I and Helen Gbur Kwiecien and his wife of 40 years, Kathryn Sommers Kwiecien.

He is survived by his son, Stephen Joseph Kwiecien III, wife Christy and granddaughter, Abby of Mount Carmel, TN, sisters Kathleen Blanchard and husband Fran of Cary, NC and MaryAnn and husband Tony Terranova of Bradenton, FL.

Stephen's wishes were to be cremated.
