Teresa Elaine (Botts) Blalock

Teresa Elaine Blalock (Botts), age 60 of Jacksboro passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at U.T. Medical Center. She was born on August 1, 1963, to the late Raymond and Janice (Wells) Botts.

Teresa was a member of Laurel Branch Baptist Church of Briceville, where her and her husband attended regularly. She loved her church and church family. Teresa enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, while she also loved her garden and watching the birds in her flowers. She loved the outdoors and going hiking and riding four-wheelers in the mountains.

In addition to her parents, Teresa is preceded in death by her brother, James Botts and sister Melody Blankenship.

Teresa is survived by her husband Eddie Blalock of Jacksboro; brothers Charles Botts (Charolette), Christopher Scott Botts (Crystal); sister Sharon Jones (Acie); sister-in-law Brenda Trammell (Paul), Teresa Phillips (Dewayne), Sabrina Walp (Benny); brothers-in-law Brian Blalock (Amanda), David Blalock (Carrie), Doug Manis (Lesia), Mark Blalock; special father-in-law Edward Blalock; several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00 AM on Friday, March 22, 2024, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home, 305 E. Beech Street, LaFollette, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Randy Lowe officiating. Interment to follow the funeral service at Valley View Cemetery in Pioneer.
