Thelma Faye Falls

Thelma Faye (Ward) Falls, age 61, of Knoxville suddenly passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015. She was of the church of God faith, a proud member of the Knoxville Girls Gospel group and was known for playing her guitar and singing as music was one of the many things she loved in life. She was a precious and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to all, the love she had for her daughters and grandchildren was the greatest love of all. She was currently employed by DSI Security where she worked as a security officer.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rev. Arthur & Zelma (Messer) Ward and brothers Charles Ray Ward and Arthur Ward, Jr.

She is survived by her ex-husband Ronald "Bud" Falls of LaFollette; daughters Wendy and Jill Falls both of LaFollette; brothers Arvil Ward & wife Betty of LaFollette, Gary Ward of LaFollette, Terry Ward & wife Teresa of Jacksboro and Claude "Chubby" Ward of LaFollette; sisters Irene Ayers Willocks of Caryville; grandchildren Brittany (Falls) Seibers of Jacksboro and Clinton and Olivia Falls both of LaFollette; great-grandchildren Bentley Seibers and Gabriel; several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives & friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Delmus Bruce officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Clinch River Cemetery.
