Theodore Watson Perkey

Theodore Watson Perkey age 74 of Lafollette passed away May 5, 2011 at his home. He was retired from Inland in Dayton, Ohio. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Preceded in death by his father Hugh Nelson Perkey, mother Oma Akins Perkey, 1st wife Lelia Padgett Perkey, brothers Joe, Barton, and Lewis Perkey, and sisters Carrie Elam and Mary Spurlock.

Survived by his wife Nyoka M. Daniels Perkey of Lafollette, TN, sisters Betty Jones and Patsy Burcham both of LaFollette, TN, and Charlene Melton of Kentucky, sons Kelley Perkey and wife Jackie Perkey of West Milton, OH and Richard Perkey and his wife Betsy Perkey of Englewood, OH, daughters Donna Johnson of New Lebanon, OH and Lisa Cash and husband Keith Cash of Knoxville, TN, special nephew Bill Haggard and wife Ruth Haggard, special friend Velma Johnson, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren

Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011 with Rev J.T. Asbury officiating. Interment will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011 at Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, May 6, 2011 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Campbell County Cancer Society.
