Verla Mae Baird

Verla Mae Baird, age 94 of LaFollette went home to be with the Lord Thursday, August 16, 2018.  She was a loving sister and aunt.  Verla enjoyed quilting, gardening, canning, growing flowers, reading, and antiquing.

She is preceded in death by husband Johnny E. Baird; parents Charles and Flora (Allen) Roach; brothers Howard Roach and Russell Roach; sister Juanita Sharp

She is survived by sister Vida Day of Cincinnati, Ohio; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation will be 1-2 PM Sunday, August 19, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by graveside service in Campbell Memorial Gardens with Bo Freeman officiating.
