Vicki Denise Gibson

Vicki Denise Lowe Gibson born January 24, 1957 in Dekalb, Illinois went away July 21, 2009 to be with her Lord. Vicki was a wonderful wife and stood by her husband 100% of the time. Vicki was the Proverbs 31 wife and mother. She was a dedicated pastor's wife and loved by many. We know she is with her sweet Jesus and we will see her soon. She was the best mama a kid could ask for. Vicki loved her grandchildren so much and enjoyed every minute she spent with them. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind her husband of 34 years, Rev. Joel "Anthony" Gibson. Daughters: Amy and Doug Schmit, and Andrea O Seguera. Grandchildren: Dakota, Kourtney and Benjamen. Parents: Henry and Wanda Lowe. Sister: Lisa and Gary Dodson. Brother: Randy Scott and Sandy Lowe.

Funeral Service will be 10 AM Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Word of Life Church, 1300 Loop Road with Rev. Dale Varnado officiating. Interment will follow in the family cemetery on 310 Majors Lane. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Friday night at the funeral home.
