Warren Cordell Goins

Warren Cordell Goins age 80 of Jacksboro passed away Saturday, September 13, 2008 at St Mary's Residential Hospice in Knoxville. Mr. Goins was a member of East Jacksboro Baptist Church. He was retired from US Army with 30 years service and also retired from Tennessee State and Campbell County Highway Departments as a Heavy Equipment Operator.

Preceded in death by Parents: Riley Ross and Liza Jane Queener Goins. Sister: Bernice Greenwood. Brothers: Hope, Byron and Gig Goins.

Survived by Wife: Mildred Goins. Sons: Byron, Craig and Scott Goins all of Jacksboro. Grandchildren: Tiffany, Billy, Megan and Matthew Goins.  Sisters: Mary Mills of Walton, Kentucky and Martha Helton of Knoxville.

Funeral Service will be 8 PM Monday, September 15, 2008 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Billy Ross Goins and Rev. Bobby Ray Wilson officiating.  Interment will be 11 AM Tuesday in Campbell Memorial Gardens with full military honors by the Campbell County Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday night before funeral service.
