Willard Scott Steakley

Willard Scott Steakley of Lindsay, Oklahoma formerly of LaFollette was born on January 14, 1970, to late Henry Jack and Cora Imogene Steakley and departed this life on February 13, 2025, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by daughter, Cassandra Nicole Steakley; brothers Jack Ray Steakley, Ronald Steakley, Jerry Steakley and Thomas Steakley; sister Janice Faye Adkins.

He is survived by wife Jesscell Lynne Steakley of Oklahoma; daughters Kayla Michelle Steakley and husband Brett of Oklahoma and Tiffany Renee Anderson and husband Colton of Oklahoma; son Justin Scott Steakley and wife Miranda of Oklahoma; grandchildren Jackson Scott Steakley, Norman Mason Steakley, Coralena Mae Steakley and Kai Warren Anderson; brothers Hurbert Steakley of Winfield, TN and John Steakley of LaFollette; sisters Mary Rollow of Maryville, Diane Catenia and husband Reno of Michigan, Nancy Salyers of LaFollette, Vicky Lloyd and husband Ronnie of LaFollette, Rhonda Steakley of Oklahoma; sister in law Marilyn Steakley of LaFollette; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday February 22, 2025, at Stanfield Church of God with Ron Bruce presiding. Interment will follow the service at Melvin Cemetery.
