Friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cylus Woodrow Meredith and Arlene "Tootie" Meredith of LaFollette; daughter Tammy Meredith of Lafollette, and granddaughter
Katelynn Boring of NC. He is survived by his loving wife of many years, Annie Sue Meredith of LaFollette, son Curtis Meredith (Kelly) of Jacksboro, daughters Debra Boring (Tony) of NC, Phyllis Hill (Ricky) of LaFollette, Amy Cross (Charles) of LaFollette. Children from previous marriage, Phillip Jr., Teresa Talbert, and Lisa Meredith. Brother Ronald Meredith Sr. (Gail), Sister Brenda Powell (Ray), He is also survived by many well-loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The receiving of friends will be held at Martin's Funeral Home from 6 to 8pm on Saturday, June 4th. The funeral service will be held at First Independent
(225 East Beech Street) at 2pm on Sunday, June 5th with Reverends Don Whitted and Tyler Boring officiating.
